Returns & Exchanges Policy

At MechMaxUSA, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipment date.

How to Return or Exchange Items

Obtain Return Authorization: All returns require prior authorization. Please email us at contact@mechmaxx.co with a photo of the item and detailed information regarding your return request.

For Exchanges: When requesting a return authorization, specify the SKU of the product you'd like in exchange. To expedite the process, consider purchasing the new item first; we'll process a refund upon receiving the returned product.

Packaging Requirements: Once your return/exchange is approved, ensure the product is in its original packaging. Opened products are not eligible for return.

Safety Compliance: Federal law mandates that machines using gasoline or other flammable liquids must be emptied of such substances before shipment. After draining, allow the machine to ventilate and dry for 24 hours. The sender is responsible for compliance.

Secure Packaging: All returns must be securely packaged. If shipping on a pallet, secure the item with straps and cover it with cardboard or plastic to prevent damage. MechMaxUSA is not liable for losses due to improper packaging.

Return & Exchange Fees

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for returning the product to MechMaxUSA's designated return location. Alternatively, we can arrange pickup, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. This includes the original shipping cost from our warehouse to you.

Shipping Fee Estimates: One-way shipping fees range from $300 to $1,200, depending on product weight, size, delivery distance, and shipping method.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the returned package. Processing times may vary based on bank working hours.

Order Cancellation Fees

Pre-Shipment Cancellations: If you cancel an order before it ships, a 3% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Post-Shipment Cancellations: If you cancel an order after it has shipped, you are responsible for round-trip shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.
